By using MunchieLink, you agree to these terms. MunchieLink is a platform only. We connect vendors and customers but are not a party to any transaction.

Platform Liability: MunchieLink is provided "as is". We make no guarantees about vendor reliability, product quality, or delivery. You use the platform at your own risk. Under no circumstances shall MunchieLink or its owner be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

Vendor Responsibility: Vendors are solely responsible for their products, pricing, promotions, and compliance with all applicable laws. Vendors must ensure that any products marked 21+ are only sold to appropriately aged customers and in accordance with local regulations. Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless MunchieLink from any claims related to their products or actions.

Consumer Payments: All payments are made directly between consumers and vendors. MunchieLink does not process payments and is not responsible for refunds, chargebacks, or payment disputes. Consumers are urged to use trusted payment methods and exercise caution.

Driver Services: Vendors may hire independent drivers via the platform. Such arrangements are solely between the vendor and the driver. MunchieLink does not employ, endorse, or supervise drivers, and is not responsible for their actions.

Subscription Fees: After a free trial period, vendors must subscribe to maintain their shop. Fees are non‑refundable. Vendors who fail to pay will have their shop paused until payment is received.

Termination: We reserve the right to remove any vendor or user at our sole discretion, without notice.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration. You waive the right to participate in class actions.

How do I use MunchieLink as a customer?
Simply sign up, browse trending products or search for vendors by name, product, or city. When you find something you like, add it to your cart, review your order, and checkout. You'll then chat directly with the vendor to arrange payment (via CashApp, Venmo, or cash) and pickup/delivery.
How do I become a vendor?
Tap the "🧑‍🍳 Sell" button on the home screen. If it's your first time, you'll enter your shop details, payment methods, and service area. After agreeing to the Terms of Service, your shop goes live instantly with a 6-month free trial.
What does the 21+ toggle do?
When a vendor marks a product as 21+, it's hidden from customers who haven't turned on the 21+ slider and confirmed their age. This keeps the platform accessible for all while complying with age-restricted content guidelines.
How do favorites work?
Tap the heart icon on any product to add it to your favorites. The most favorited items may automatically appear in the "Trending" stream, helping great products get discovered by the community.
How do discounts work?
Vendors can set a store-wide discount (percentage or flat amount) in their dashboard Settings. When a customer adds items to their cart, the discount is automatically applied to the subtotal, and the final total is displayed before checkout.
How do I pay for an order?
MunchieLink does not process payments directly. After you place an order, you'll see the vendor's preferred payment methods (CashApp, Venmo, PayPal, or cash on pickup). You pay the vendor directly and coordinate meetup or delivery via the built-in chat.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, both the customer and the vendor can request cancellation from the chat. The other party must agree. Once both agree, the order is cancelled and the chat becomes read-only.
Can I track my order?
Once you confirm your order, a chat opens with the vendor. You can message them to coordinate real-time updates. The vendor can mark the order as completed when it's done.
How do driver jobs work?
Vendors can post delivery requests from their dashboard. Drivers can accept them from the dedicated driver app. The driver picks up and delivers, and the vendor confirms when it's done. Drivers are paid directly by vendors.
What happens after the 6-month vendor trial?
After your trial ends, you'll be prompted to choose a subscription plan (monthly, yearly, or lifetime). Until you subscribe, your shop will be paused but not deleted. You can pay manually via the provided CashApp/Venmo handle, and your shop will be reactivated immediately.
Is MunchieLink available everywhere?
Yes! Vendors can set their service area (city, state) so customers can search locally. If you're traveling, you can still browse vendors in other cities and arrange pickup or delivery as available.
